Shipping

BT Innovations, LLC ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Expres (FedEx) with in the United States.  International shipping is available through Federal Express (FedEx) or DHL. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct ship-to address is selected upon checkout, and to ensure that address can be serviced by USPS , FedEx, or DHL. Packages returned to BT Innovations, LLC due to incorrect addressing or refusal may result in additional shipping charges.  Most customers who place an order will have that order shipped out on the next business day unless there is a back log.   Typical USPS Priority Mail transit is 2 days, but next day service is not guaranteed and no shipping refund will be issued if the package does not arrive on time.  BT Innovations, LLC does not provide shipping insurance and is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Returns

BT Innovations, LLC offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied you may return your product in its original packaging in like new condition within 30 days of original shipment date for a refund.   A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns after the 30 day period and not exceeding 90 days.  The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns are timely by postmark.

Warranty

All BTI Gauges carry a 1 year warranty effective at the time of purchase.
- This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by BTI Gauges. It is
effective only if the products are purchased and operated in the USA. (Within the USA
including US 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii.)

- This warranty covers only normal use of the computer. BTI Gauges shall not be liable
under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect,
improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper
electric current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized BTI Gauge
representative.

- You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive warranty service.
- No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the
purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.

- Warranty claims must be sent to sales@btigauges.com and accompanied with the following RMA form:
