FREQUENTLY ASKED

You have questions... We might have answers...

Multi-Integration means that your gauge can switch between ECU compatibilities without ordering a new gauge or sending your gauge in to be re-configured to a new ECU. All of our current gauge offerings are multi-integration with the following integrations:

  • AEM Infinity
  • AEM V2
  • ECU Master
  • Emtron
  • Motec M1
  • Link
  • Haltech
  • Maxx ECU
  • PRO EFI
  • Hondata
  • Adaptronic

The simple answer is yes! How you go about switching is dependent on the model of gauge you have. If your gauge is "multi-integration" then you can do this without sending your gauge in for service. This is determined by hitting your settings cogwheel and finding an "integrations" button on your Touch Screen or holding down the right button upon powering on your Classic CAN Gauge to view the "integrations" menu. If you do not have a "multi-integration" gauge you will need to send your gauge in for service via our ECU Swap Service. For all switches please advise the table below for additional wiring information and our Tech Docs page to configure your new integration correctly.

Yes we do! Fill out our contact form above or email us at sales@btigauges.com with your address and we'll get back to you with a quote.

Fun fact, all BTI Gauges are handmade! That being said gauges are made to order via your specifications selected before adding to your cart. This means that we do not have every product in "stock" nor do our wholesalers or 3rd party sellers. Orders take approximately 4 to 7 days on average to ship out, however this can be longer or shorter depending on current order log. Please note that 2nd or Next day air shipping only describes the shipment method not the production process.

Right here, complete with instructions and return shipping address.

Your warranty on a BTI Gauge lasts one year upon purchase and comes with every BTI Gauge purchased directly from BTI Gauges or one of our approved wholesalers. If your gauge requires maintenance and is a year old we may still be able to provide maintenance if we have required parts or applicable firmware, just be nice when you email and we're pretty open to working with you  on building a quote/service plan for services. For the complete rundown on our policy visit our Warranty Policy page.

As a matter of fact we do! Contact Us so we can verify your Military ID and provide you with a coupon code.

Sure you can, we have customers do it all the time and it's why we include an instruction card in all of our orders. This of course comes with a disclaimer; we always recommend that you consult a reputable tuner, especially if you find yourself overwhelmed the prospect of configuration or any custom wiring needs you might have.

No, no we do not, and for good reason, we promise. OBD2 is quite frankly way too slow to communicate data as it communicates one parameter at a time and must be prompted to do so. CAN data communication on the other hand (what our gauges utilize with Analog) happens automatically and very quickly, making for a better way to understand your race car.

You can find all BTI product instructions (new and old) on our Tech Docs page.

You can find your gauge firmware version upon powering on your gauge below the start-up logo, often listed as "version" or "v." followed by a numeric value.

Need your gauge like yesterday but didn't order it in time and wondering if we offer rush shipping? Sometimes, but with additional fees. We can only accept rush orders if our current work load allows for it. Additionally, we do charge a Rush Service Fee of $30.

To adjust your shift light for our Classic CAN Gauges power on your gauge and hold down the far left button and proceed to configure your shift light preferences.

No, as our gauges communicated directly with your Aftermarket ECU to render their information not your car's stock ECU so an Aftermarket ECU is needed for your BTI Gauge to function.

First, we'd like to compliment your good taste. And to answer your question, it's totally possible. All that is required is a daisy chain or Expansion Cable available here to connect your gauges.

Because they're cheap. They are often made out of cheap low quality plastics, designed and developed quickly as well as poorly or drop shipped from third party suppliers that often accompany a lack of improvement.
