START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To begin a return or exchange please contact sales@btigauges.com our current response time for inquiries is 1 to 3 days during business hours.
All full price purchases are eligible to be returned and refunded within 90 days of delivery date so long returns and exchanges arrive back to us in their original unused and unaltered condition. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is processed and require proof of purchase via receipt or shipment copy. items that do not arrive to us that meet the criteria listed above or that are damaged in transit may be subject to a limited refund or may not be refunded or exchanged. Please note that a refund or exchange will not be issued unless the item is returned. We also advise that you file a claim via email or phone call directly to us as apposed to a third party (e.g. credit card company) so we can work directly with you in addressing your concerns, this also allows us to address them quickly.
Product exchanges are subject to a $25 Restocking Fee provided that the original item meets the criteria listed above regarding the return and exchange policy. Depending on the nature of the exchange you may be charged the difference between products in the event of an upgrade or partially refunded in the event of a downgrade.
Shipping costs for refunds and exchanges will be deducted from the overall refund. Note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs but the cost that is charged form your chosen payment method of your purchased item. We recommend that you maintain shipment proof from your carrier upon shipment. Refund payments will be distributed through the payment method that was used in your original purchase. Depending on your method of original payment credit card companies may take 2-3 days to refund your account. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that at this time we are unable to service return labels for international order however, international orders can still be returned and exchanged and have the same return policy as domestic orders. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the sender and are non-refundable in both this policy and for the original purchase. In keeping with the domestic policy we recommend that you maintain proof and receipts for your return or exchange.
