WARRANTY POLICY

OUR WARRANTY POLICY


All BTI Gauges carry a one-year warranty effective at their date of purchase. This policy extends only to gauges distributed and or sold by BT Innovations LLC or one of its official distributors with express written permission. 

This Warranty covers only normal use of the Gauge. BT Innovations LLC shall not be liable under this Warranty if any damage or defect results from (i)misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disaster such as fire, flood, lighting, or improper electrical current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized BT Innovations LLC representative. 

USING YOUR WARRANTY 


To begin a Warranty case, please contact sales@btigauges.com or fill out our Contact Form so we can begin to diagnose your current issues (please note that pictures are helpful in this process). Our current response time is 2-5 days during business hours. 

If we find that the gauge requires our direct intervention or refurbishment we ask that you fill out our RMA Form and follow the instructions for shipment listed on your RMA Form

Please note that when using your Warranty you must provide proof of purchase directly from BT Innovations LLC or one of its authorized distributors to receive Warranty service. Gauges purchased via re-sale are not covered under our Warranty Policy. 

No Warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty. We work as hard as we can to refurbish and address issues with gauges in a timely manner (like seriously we don't have a life) so we ask for your patience and courtesy in instances of Warranty use.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 


Warranties are effective only for products purchased and operated within the United States (Including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). This does not mean that we will not provide technical support or answer any questions concerning the care and potential issues that may arise. To do so please contact sales@btigauges.com or fill out our Contact Form, our current response time is 2-5 days during business hours. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS OVER A YEAR OLD? 


Once orders are over one year old we can no longer guarantee that they can be serviced or refurbished as we may no longer keep old parts in stock to do so. If your gauge is one year old or over and you require new parts, software, refurbishment, or service please contact us for a quote at sales@btigauges.com or fill out our Contact Form and we will do our best to get back with you as soon as possible.
