For general inquiries please email sales@btigauges.com with your order number and request in the email subject line so we can better assist you. Our current response time to inquiries is 1 to 3 days during business hours. 

All orders are custom made to your specifications from the required fields when your order is placed and ship out from Austin, TX. Orders that have been placed but awaiting shipment are being processed and fulfilled as soon as possible. Our current lead time on orders placed is 5 to 7 days. 

You will receive a notification of shipment via email when your order has been fulfilled. The rate in which shipping updates reflect its most current status is dependent on the carrier and if the shipment occurs within busy shipping seasons.

We do everything we can to get your order to you in a timely manner and appreciate your patience regarding order processing and fulfillment as we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, no shipping refund will be issued if package does not arrive on time. Internal shipping destinations are serviceable but may experience a more length shipping process with potential delays.
